when you go to checkout there is an option that says “Notes or instructions” found underneath the order total on the right side of the checkout page.

please enter the following; phone model/theme/colors/etc -- please be as specific as you can! if wanting an image, message it to me after completing your order. please feel free to send me inspo!

‧₊˚ ⋅ my phone cases are hand decorated!! they will have slight imperfections. imperfections may include dust, scratches, etc. please do not buy if you do not like any kind of imperfection!!

‧₊˚ ⋅ please fill out details for your case in the personalization box. don't forget to include your phone model. if you want a very specific photo on your case, please send it to me through email or insta! [email protected] and @mipha.co

⤷ photo policy: please ensure photos are official arts, no fan-art unless you are the artist or have their permission.

‧₊˚ ⋅ every case will be unique! If you see a charm you like from my other socials (tiktok & insta @ mipha.co) and i do not have it, we will figure something out to make up for that charm!

‧₊˚ ⋅if I contact you about design, layout, and charms, i will need a response. if i do not get a response: i will choose the design, layout, and charms of the case based on your personalized note/description. i will NOT re-do cases or give refunds!!

‧₊˚ ⋅ since this item is made-to-order, the processing time will be 2-6 weeks. SO BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION.

‧₊˚ ⋅ if charms fall off or cream begins to peel super glue, B-7000, or E-6000 works wonders.
